I'm excited to share a major milestone from our team at Synthesize Bio!

As computational biologists, we understand how essential biological context is — especially when working with large-scale gene expression data. One of our core missions is to accelerate discovery by making this data more accessible, interpretable, and actionable.

As a first step, we’ve harmonized and curated one of the largest public collections of human bulk RNA-seq data — over 500,000 samples — along with rich, standardized metadata. This resource is now freely available to explore at: https://lnkd.in/gW79jtH4

What makes this even more exciting is that we've enabled AI-based generation of synthetic RNA-seq data directly from metadata inputs such as tissue, sex, or disease state — opening up new possibilities for data augmentation and hypothesis generation.

I’m looking forward to seeing how the community will use this data, and I’m hopeful it will spark new insights in genomics, drug discovery, and beyond.
